Return and Refund Policy

Service Completion

Our services involve custom work on your personal items. Once work has been completed and you have accepted the finished item, services are considered complete. We take care to ensure work meets our quality standards before returning items to you.

Inspection Period

Upon receiving your completed items, please inspect them promptly. If you notice any issues or concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about the work performed.

Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, we offer the following options:

  • Review and discussion of the completed work to understand your concerns
  • Additional adjustments or refinishing when feasible and appropriate
  • Partial refund consideration on a case-by-case basis for work that does not meet agreed-upon specifications

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Work that significantly deviates from agreed-upon specifications
  • Service cancellation before work has begun
  • Items that cannot be serviced due to condition discovered during assessment

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications but differs from personal expectations
  • Changes of mind after work has been completed
  • Items damaged due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial consultation

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a service request:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any deposit or payment made
  • Cancellation after work has begun: Refund amount depends on work completed and materials used
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a service

Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to protect items in our care, we understand concerns about potential damage. If you believe an item has been damaged while in our care, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about completed work or service outcomes, we encourage open communication. Please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and, when appropriate, additional work or adjustments.
